Full disclosure here, we are not asking for a massive rent here for a very simple reason. This is not a long term lease and this property will be developed for a townhouse project sometime in the next 18 months.

So what is it we are looking for?

Well we are after someone who will pay the rent on time, every time. If you need a property to prove you can be punctual and you would like somewhere to allow you to build up your history so you can then rent elsewhere this is a great opportunity.

Are you after something short term? Do you just need somewhere to hang your hat while you work out exactly what you're doing next? Then, again, this is one you might want to consider.

As the property is to be demolished over the next year or so we arent that fussed about how well you maintain it. We absolutely will abide by our responsibility to ensure that all your essential services are working and maintained but there will be no repairs to the property and no maintenance that arent required by the Tenancy Act.

We think it's important to be upfront and straightforward.

We can offer a 12 months lease to begin with and from then on, it will be a month to month arrangement but you will get at least a year out of it.

The house has 3 bedrooms, an updated kitchen, big living area, an older bathroom and 2 split system air conditioners.

The block is huge and we dont care if you have pets but we can't guarantee you that the fencing is adequate for your dog, that's something you would have to work out.
